About Us
Our name is inspired by the philosophy of "Nous" (Mind) by Anaxagoras, the philosopher from Klazomenai. We are a boutique producer crafting approximately 45,000 bottles annually, following traditional farming principles and Châteaux-style production techniques.
In our vineyards, we cultivate not only international varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, but also native grapes suited to the region’s terroir — including Bornova Muscat and the ancient Foça Karası, which has been grown in these lands for over 2,600 years and is believed to be an ancestor of some international grape varieties.
Inspired by William Shakespeare’s Sonnets, our wines are named after the specific sonnet number they are paired with.
